This article provides a brief overview of the 18F isotope production using Cyclone-30 cyclotron and two liquid targets with volume 0.5 2.0 ml, water enriched 18O was used as target material. The obtained for serial [18F]FDG radiopharmaceutical supply this medicine to operating PET centers in Almaty. also experimental syntheses [18F]PSMA-1007 Na[18F]F assess possibility implementation these medicines into medical practice Republic Kazakhstan. need is associated problem early diagnosis control prostate cancer treatment, - earliest possible detection bone metastases malignant tumors various localization. paper average radiochemical yield main quality parameters [18F]FDG, Na[18F]F. scientific practical work allows us evaluate three-year experience possibilities fluorine by reaction (p,n) on С-30, reflects prospects development new-generation radiopharmaceuticals oncological diseases.
